The organization can be a company where you've worked, a place where you've volunteered, a team or group you've been part of, or a place that you visit extremely regularly as a stakeholder (e.g., you are a routine customer or visitor of the organization). You should: Explain the organization and your experience with the organization. Decide on a time when a change occurred in that organization.
