Scenario

Once again, your general manager and the owner of the business need your help. The excitement of more orders and branching out to possible new areas has brought about the need to hire additional people. At least one of the positions will be a managerial role.

That's where you come in! The general manager and owner were impressed with the way you handled yourself in recent meetings with community leaders. Your leadership skills were clearly evident when you communicated your company knowledge in the meetings. So, they've delegated another task to you. Now, it's your job to create a list of desirable leadership personality traits and skill sets that potential manager candidates will need to demonstrate during the interview process.

You'll need to create a chart with two columns. One column will list the leadership traits and skills you feel a manager should have. The second column will contain your explanation for why you believe each leadership trait or skill is important to your specific company. Please list at least four traits or skills.
