Communication Conflict Management Decision Making Dysfunctions Motivation Creativity Consider ALL of the different theories and frameworks that we have covered before deciding which one or combination YOU feel would best resolve the challenge YOU identified. SECTION ONE is worth 20 marks. Answer each part of the question using this specific format: 1. Part A - Diagnose The Problem (6 Marks) DESCRIBE in detail the ONE specific challenge (from 6 options above) the organization is facing (4) EXPLAIN how YOU feel this ONE challenge is impacting the organization. (2) You must describe the circumstances and the people involved from case study when diagnosing the problem. 2. Part B - Describe The Concepts/Frameworks (6 Marks) IDENTIFY and EXPLAIN in detail the APPROPRIATE CONCEPTS or FRAMEWORKS YOU would use to overcome/resolve the ONE specific challenge(s) you identified in part A. Consider using a combination of concepts. (6) Do NOT apply the concepts/frameworks to the circumstances and the people involved from case study in Part B. 3. Part C - Advise the President (8 Marks) ADVISE the PRESIDENT, GEORGE REED by APPLYING your chosen CONCEPTS or FRAMEWORKS from Part B to the ONE specific challenges you described in Part A. (8) Refer directly to the people and circumstances in the case study, describing the specific actions and behaviours they must take in overcoming the challenge.
