For this assignment, evaluate your current employer through the lens of Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions, as described in Chapter 15. If you are not currently employed, choose either a previous employer or an organization with which you are familiar. Using Table 15.3, evaluate your employer in the dimensions of Power Distance, Uncertainty Avoidance, Individualism vs. Collectivism, and Masculinity vs. Femininity. Also, use Tables 15.5, 15.6, and 15.7. Your boss reads your cultural dimension analysis and decides to transfer you to the new branch in one of the countries listed on Exhibit A2.1 on pages 55-56.
