What I mean by sizable is that the project took a period of time - a few days to a couple of months - not too big but big enough to contain several tasks. 5. Making a quilt

Once you have selected a project, use the process outlined in this unit to develop a plan for your project in terms of cost, time and task.

• Step 1 - Establish Project Scope (What is the overall goal of your project)
• Step 2 - Establish Project Priorities.
• Step 3 - Create an Work Breakdown Structure for your project.
• Step 4 - Integrate the WBS with the Organization (How are you going to fit this project into your busy life?)
• Step 5 - Code the Work Breakdown Structure.
