For this assignment, i will use Power Distance Index, and Individualism and collectivism.You willFind a company(use UPS) that has expanded internationally into a country of your choice (Nigeria). Then use the 2 dimensions you selected, to describe how that company would have adjusted their organizational culture to match the national culture of the country you chose. Please include the definition of each dimension you will be using.

Tips:

1. Keep your paper within the countries that the research is based on.
2. Each dimension will have a section about the application of that dimension in the workplace.That is what you will use to create the comparison between the two organizational cultures.
3. If the two countries you are comparing have the same score on signmentthe index, then you will be listing the traits of one side of the table. For example: if you pick 2 high PDI countries, you will mention the traits of high PDI cultures in the workplace.
4. Keep in mind that the company you will select would have started from country A with a ranking on the index for each of the 2 dimensions, and after expanding into country B, they would have taken the index score of country B into consideration.
