Assignment Scenario:

Your supervisor assigned you to a self-managed team. For the past few months, the team has been struggling with communication and missed deadlines. Thus, three targeted areas of improvement need to be addressed:

Improved communication patterns

Improved motivational techniques

Control systems to support the on-time completion of the team's assigned tasks.

For your assignment: Create a plan addressing these three areas to remedy the team's challenges. After creating the plan, design your process for introducing this plan to your team.
