For this assignment, you are leading an Agile project. You are going to create an initial project plan using Agile planning methods for your customer.

From a customer perspective, select one of the following topics or come up with one of your own.

• Build a new product or service
• Give back to my community via volunteer work
• Build a new skill set or learn something new

Your plan should include the following:

Create your project charter. You may use this template or create one of your own based on the reading materials from this module. Be sure whatever template you choose addresses each of the elements shown in the example template: the project name, project vision/goals, "done" criteria, and team processes.

Create personas for your project using one of the descriptive methods presented in this module. You may use one of thesetemplates or a format that you research on your own. Be sure that whatever template you choose presents a full understanding of the persona for the development team including their background, background, environment in relation to the project, likes & dislikes, goals, and a typical description of their need for the product or service the project is delivering.
