For this assignment, you are yourself (i.e., not your assigned role) and you have been hired by the Bulloch County School Board to analyze two proposed policy options. Considering information gained from the readings, as well as any additional relevant information available on Folio on this module (you are not expected to do outside research for this assignment), evaluate the two policy alternatives above on the following criteria: effectiveness, efficiency, equity, and political feasibility. You may want to review Module 1: Lecture 5 regarding these criteria.

For effectiveness consider the goal (broadly) to provide high quality education to students. This is often measured by performance on end of year tests.

Efficiency you want ensure that costs and benefits are distributed fairly across subgroups.

Political feasibility for this, you will consider the positions of the constituents, voiced on your groups discussion board through Assignment 1. **consider the position of all of the stakeholders who post to determine whether this option is politically feasible or not.**

You will rate each policy alternative on each criteria, with a rating of 1- 5 (1=the alternative does very poorly on that criteria; 5=the alternative does very well on that criteria). Please add a brief explanation of each rating, with support from the readings or additional information on Folio.
