Scenario You are a senior manager at Innovative Consulting Firm (ICF), where your boss, Ruben Tishkoff, recently announced an end to the company's work-fromhome (WHF) protocols. After annoruicing the policy, Ruben began to hear concerns that the policy might be ill advised. Some managers suggested that the COVIDlQ pandemic has had a disproportionate impact of specific cultural groups in North America. Mandating a company-wide end to WFH could exasperate those impacts. Ruben may be a traditionalist, but he is also a realist. He doesn't want to implement a policy that would have a negative impact on the ICF workforce.
