Your evaluation will be at the local government leveleither municipal or county. Do not evaluate state-level efforts. After you have completed your research, write a paper that addresses the components listed below. Discuss the completeness of the plan in identifying hazards in your community. Discuss how the hazard mitigation activities of various sectors support the whole community approach. Evaluate the commitment of the community to keep the plan up-to-date. Share what improvements you believe can be made to the plan and the roles that the government and private sectors may play in risk management.
