For this homework assignment, apply what youve learned to compose a written response to the following two prompts:

1) We now know that incomplete, inaccurate, never documented, or missed requirements increase the likelihood of a project failing to meet budget, deadlines, performance, and user expectations.

Identify and document in your answer what YOU as a Business Analyst will do to ensure that this never happens. (Lets be honest if projects fail at a very high rate we apparently are doing something wrong). What will you expect to see when you follow an effective requirements-gathering process?

2) The Hierarchy of Requirements We also know that there are different levels of requirements gathering which need to be conducted at different periods of time during the lifecycle of a project. Name a few of these why are there so many, does it really make a difference to break them out separately?
