For this paper you will follow directions below $($and also attached in the module$)$ to create a proposal to a specific local group proposing that they undertake a specific project to address a specific cause through an existing organization that addresses that cause.

You will also create an annotated bibliography that provides resources to explain the importance of the cause, to introduce the organization through which the proposal will be channeled $($showing why they are a credible organization$),$ and possibly resources to show why the group to which you address the proposal is a good fit.
