For this task you can choose one of these organizations: Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, Ponce Campus, Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, Toyota You are going to investigate and analyze each of its environments: 1. You are going to identify one (1) strength, one (1) weakness, one (1) opportunity, and one (1) threat.

2. You are going to establish a strategy for each quadrant. For the strength, how are we going to take advantage of that strength, for the opportunity, how are you going to take advantage of that opportunity; for the threat how are you going to counteract it and for the weakness how are you going to correct it. Remember that strengths and weaknesses are internal factors of the organization; while the opportunities and threats are factors external to the organization. This exercise requires you to look up information from a variety of sources and use critical thinking. Make the graph and then explain the variables you used in writing. Do not forget to cite the sources used.
