For this thread,I would like us to design jobs for a hypothetical car wash.Let's imagine that we are opening a new car wash in "town".The car wash is fairly large and is expected to need about 30-40 employees based on our analysis of similar-sized car washes. We also expect to keep the car wash open 7 days a week and hours will likely be 9am-8pm, but this may vary depending on the day of the week, holidays, or other special days.

What jobs do we need to employ in order to run this car wash?

Thinking about the concepts learned this week around motivation and job design, how might we design the jobs in order to achieve the follow goals:

• retaining satisfied and engaged employees
• motivating employees to perform their work quickly
• maintaining safety in the workplace
• ensuring high quality performance from all employees (resulting in high customer satisfaction)
