Strength: Internalthe business has complete controlover these. What do you see the business doing well? Look at their products and offerings. Why would you purchase from them? What do they have going for them today?

Weakness: Internalthe business has complete controlover these. Where does thebusiness needimprovement?Why would you not purchase from this business? What are some common complaints you hear coming from other customers?

Opportunities: Externalthe business has no control over these. These are things in the operating environmentthat the business can take advantage of to gain profit, customers, or market share. These could be possible changes in customer behavior, the competition, technology, market conditions, etc.

Threats:Externalthe business has no control over these. These are things in the operating environment that could hurt the business, cause the loss ofcustomers, profit, or market share. These could be changes in customer demands and wants, increased competition, a change in technology, a change in market conditions, etc. These are things the business has to protect itself from.

When conducting a review on any business, the first thing that needs to be completed is a SWOT Analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats). This analysis helps a business know where they excel, what they need to work on, what they can take advantage of, and any threats they need to prepare for. With that in mind, select one of the following restaurants:
