For your final assignment, you will write a reflective paper on a team that you are currently or have been a member of. The goal of this assignment will be to discuss considerations for making this team virtual or, if you already are virtual, reflect on the effectiveness of your virtual team. In this paper, you should (1) discuss the team, including the purpose and goals of the team, its structure and composition, and your role in the team (2) Then, you will draw from 5 specific topics that we covered in the course to discuss your team. If your team is not already virtual, then you will create a proactive plan for converting your FTF team into a virtual team. If your team is already virtual, then you will reactively critique the effectiveness of your virtual team. For either option, the plan or reflection should include 2 specific recommendations for each of the topics discussed
