Use the tools you have learned this semester to analyze the information about the $($fictional$)$ company.

Based on your findings, you will need to put together a $5$ minute presentation $($use powerpoint and record yourself$)$ of what you found and recommendations on how to change to make ACME more competitive.

o Their business is manufacturing rocket roller skates. They distribute nation$-$wide. They have warehouses, factories, and a corporate HQ in Arizona.

o $5000$ employees across $10$ states $($Illinois$,$ Missouri, Washington, California, New York, Georgia, Florida, Texas, North Dakota, and Arizona$)$

o Most employees are in warehouses and manufacturing, roughly $4000.$ The other thousand are in administrative, clerical, customer service, sales, and executives.

o They don't have many defined roles and the company has little to no formal hiring practices.

o They have a lot of benefits: medical, dental, health, life, $401($k$),$ PTO, wellness incentives.

o They generally follow the market for pay, but in some more rural areas may lag.

o They don't have much structure when it comes to either compensation. Local supervisors usually decide what to pay their people.

o Executives get stock options in addition to bonuses.

o ACME is seeing an exodus of people from all ranks in their business, especially the warehouses and manufacturing plants. They have also had a lot of executive turnover causing issues from the top down. This is only making the staffing issues worse.
