Made eye contact. Participated in the interview. Answered questions well. The only "poor" aspect was the lack of experience, but he looked as an excellent prospect for training. 6. What was the ultimate outcome? Was the applicant offered the job? If so, did the applicant accept? If the applicant accepted, did this person turn out to be a good colleague?
