For your terrible customer service encounter: use what you have learned in this course to explain what went wrong; why your needs were not met; and how it could have been prevented. I remember my last terrible customer experience; it was at Royal India Restaurant several bad thing happened which ruined my experience. Firstly, due to lack of attention my order gets confused and mixed up with somebody else's order which causes confusion and anger. After waiting for a long time when I received my order it was cold, which made the situation even worst. Because of lack of attention and bad customer service, made me feel like guests were not valued at this restaurant.
