form a conclusion: When looking at the second test, "How effective is your work group?" my results are primarily positive and dictate that I tend to thrive in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere while contributing to the overall group decisions and objectives, I tend to be listening to my collaborative team member's suggestions and ideas and I am tolerant of disagreements which I work towards resolving and form a course of action in order to get to a resolution. I am ok with criticism, and I can take on assignments while maintaining a cooperative relationship within my team or group. One topic that the test has brought to my attention is the lack of trust I tend to have in the people that I am collaborating and working with. I believe that it stems from my past professional experiences when people have not come through or have let me down on one way or another. This can create a level of concern that can impact the overall effectiveness of the group.
