CHARTER PARTY DETAILS

• Cargo: 6000 metric tons (mt).

• Laytime for loading: 1600 mt per WWD SHEX.

• Laytime clause: "Laytime for loading and discharging shall commence at 

1300 hrs if Notice of Readiness is given before noon and at 0800 hrs the

next working day if notice given during office hours after noon. 

• Time used before commencement of laytime shall count. 

Time lost in waiting for berth to count as loading or discharging time as the 

case may be."

Time shall not count between 1800 hrs on a Saturday and 0600 hrs on 

Monday, nor between 1800 hrs on the last working day preceding a legal 

holiday and 0600 hrs on the first working day thereafter.

• Demurrage and despatch clause: "Demurrage to be paid at the rate of USD 

1,800 per day/pro rata; despatch to be paid at the rate of USD 900 per 

day/pro rata.
