FORUM DESCRIPTION Health care clinicians, managers, and administrators should use best available evidence to support decisions made in health care. However, this process is not as easy as simply changing a practice or implementing a new process to match the evidence. The fourth step of EBP--integration of evidence requires planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the consideration of multiple situational factors that influence health care decisions.
