Great info, I liked how you gave experiences for each consequence. Saving money is always a good thing, but not at the expense of peoples health and safety when it comes to soil investigations. This in my book is a very important start to a project, without this there may be so many different scenarios that could happen. If this is done correct mistakes can save time and money that you would have needed to fix any mistakes from the short cuts.
