found many of the same issues on both addenda as I found on the purchase contract . On Addendum 1, neither the "ADDENDUM " nor the "COUNTEROFFER " box was checked . Additionally, neither buyers' information, seller's information, nor the property description had been included . The boxes , "REMAIN UNCHANGED " and "ARE CHANGED A5 FOLLOWS pertaining to the deadlines in section 24 of the purchase contract were also left unchecked . The seller also used the verbiage , "Mediation may be mandatory .", The buyer, Jon, had checked both boxes "ACCEPTANCE" and "COUNTEROFFER," and then signed it.
