Perform a four corners analysis of a Jollibee Food Corporation business(competitor) and compare it to the KFC company(currently associate with). While analysing, emphasise the following points:
1) The companys drivers - motivational attributes, aims, objectives and goals that are related to profit. How does the corporate culture and leadership affect their strategy? How do the competitor's driver points compare with their actual performance and position?
2) What are the assumptions under which the competitor operates? How do they see themselves in the marketplace?
