Thank you for improving and making CMB a more successful company. of your new procedure and ways of running a business are progressive.

Everyone at CMB enjoys working and excited to see what you $[1$ and see if you can turn this company around. Especially in the quality aspects of things. However, people feel that the change in the start time may be a bit extreme.

May I suggest keeping the original start times as before? Though we appreciate all you do$,$ changing the start times has reduced morale and changes to $($Click to select$),($Click to select$)$ daily lives. It could also potentially $($Click to select$).$ A lot of people are upset about it and people are finding it hard to understand a logical reason for changing the shift start times. Is there any chance the shift times might be changed to their original times in the future? If not, could you explain why the change was necessary? People might be more satisfied.

Thanks again for all you are doing. I am excited to see how else CMB will improve.
