From journal publications, look for one actual application of the PESTLE Analysis or Industry Analysis using the Five Forces of Competition and summarize how External analysis was done. An alternative is to look for one application of the Resource-Based View or the Value Chain Analysis and summarize how the internal analysis of an actual organization was done. Whichever track you take, be sure to send the journal article with your summary. Identify at least one commonality and one difference of the chosen journal article's external or internal analysis to the analysis of your own organization or to an organization your are familiar with.
