From what I gathered, there was a survey of the IT managers who were participating. They were asked if they were proactive and strategic in their IT planning and budgeting, or reactive. Most claimed they were Proactive and strategic, doing what makes sense to the business. 40% said they were proactive, but there was some talk about that being what they wished they were doing rather than what they are actually doing. I think these companies and IT managers were facing the same critical issue we face here at Central, trying to reduce company costs. What do you think?
