Future of Work in a post-COVID world Steps for presenting: - Intro: open the presentation by introducing your team members and why you chose this topic - Explain the topic including impact on the workforce, strategies, and how things have changed over time in the HRM space. - At least two examples of companies of companies/organizations who have adopted a new way of doing things based on your topic. - Pros and cons of adopting new strategies, what does the future look like? Slides: Slides must be clear dont use crazy fonts, with bad background colors, blurry images slides should not over-crowded with a lot of text (mention important points not whole paragraphs) you are welcome to use clear images like pictures, photos and colorful slides to make your work attractive. It still needs to look professional and formal. Minimum 12 slides maximum 20 slides (total). The presentation must be at least 10-12 minutes long. Your first slide must have all group members names and ID. Outline what will be covered in the presentation and who will be presenting that work like a contents slide with members names next to their topics, this gives me an indication of who did what. The group leader will introduce the team and will look into formatting of the slides. Plagiarism/ChatGPT: The whole of the presentation is your responsibility. Even if part of the report used any unfair means, the whole group will get a zero. Rubric for Presentation (15%) : all group members will get the same mark except those who do not contribute anything at all.
