- I went to the store's Downtown location and was assisted by a salesperson, who showed me different designs/ printer product ranges. She explained the printer specifications of 3 types with the prices and gave a demonstration of how to operate the machines. After choosing a printer, I paid for it in cash, was given the warranty card to fill out, and left with the customer copy of the official receipt along with the product.
Product issue:
- Paper jams would happen frequently. I had to manually check if the paper would flow smoothly from the feeder.
- WIFI printing would take too long, even if I put my internet router right next to it.
Return policy:
- Opened items which are found defective can be returned within 30 days for refund, exchange and replacement. Opened items which are non-defective can be returned within 15 days for refund. Also,all returned printers are inspected prior to issuing a refund, and will not accept returns of products missing the serial number.
The issue is that after taking it back to the store, the salesperson told the customer that it is a non defective item which should have been returned with 15 days and now its 20 days later, and that paper jams and wifi printing were somehow external factors and didn't have anything to do with the printer itself.
