Part A - Develop a Communication Plan
Develop a Communication Plan to establish communication protocols and coordinate effective communication for the following scenarios.

- Motivate your team members to communicate respectfully, considering the needs of all, including those from diverse backgrounds

This task requires you to demonstrate and document presentation and negotiation processes in the workplace.
Scenario You are a Sales Team Leader at Bounce Fitness and your team has been under performing in the last three (3) weeks. You haven't been meeting your targets in terms of subscriptions and new member sign ups. Your boss of two years is demanding that you increase your productivity by 20% in the next 2 weeks or else he will revamp of your team, putting some team members in other teams. |
Working with a group of 3 including yourself, each of you will have 10 minutes to demonstrate your presentation and negotiation skills by performing the following:
- identifying and using a variety of communication styles that will suit your group members
- presenting information in a clear and persuasive manner
- evaluating differences in perspective
- making sure that group members are able to critically examine outcomes based on the information given
- negotiating towards a desired outcome
- confirming and implementing desired outcome using appropriate communication methods
Your Assessor will record their feedback and comments based on how you:
- Present information in a persuasive and professional manner?
- Apply negotiation techniques to reach desired outcomes?
- Use a variety of communication styles that suit the audience?
- Evaluate differences in perspective?
- Critically examine outcomes?
- Negotiate towards a final outcome with a focus on key outcomes?
- Confirm and implement outcomes of negotiation using appropriate communication methods?
