General: Pathway maps should include: 1. Chemical structures of all reactants and products of all biochemical steps in the pathway. Structures of ATP, ADP, NAD, NADH, NADP, NADPH do not need to be drawn out. 2. The name of the enzyme catalyzing each reaction of the pathway. 3. Identification of typical regulatory steps and common activators and inhibitors of the regulatory step. 4. Pathway maps should be hand-drawn on one side of 8.511 or larger paper. For Pathway Map 1, include: 1. Glycolysis/Gluconeogenesis 2. Homolactic and Alcoholic Fermentation 3.
