George and his family moved to Canberra in January 2020 to enable George to take up a job at the University of Canberra. In May 2020, George took his family to see a Raiders game at the Canberra Stadium in Bruce. As George approached the Stadium, he joined a line of traffic edging its way toward the car parking area. When George's car reached the entrance to the car park, he paid a parking fee of $7 and was issued a ticket by a ticket machine. On the face of the ticket, it says: "Admit one vehicle to CAR PARK. Ticket valid for the date of issue only - $7.00".George drove his car on to a designated parking area, parked it, and then, with his family, walked to the Stadium. On their return after the game, the family was distressed to find that their car had been badly damaged. It appeared that the car had been hit by another car which had left the scene without being noticed. George went to see the carpark operator but was directed to read the back of his parking ticket. George had not been aware of any writing on the back of the ticket as he had been preoccupied with parking the car and paying the parking fee. On the back of the ticket in smaller print were the following words: "Visitor's car or vehicle accepted subject to the following conditions: 1.The Stadium will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever to the vehicle, its accessories or contents. Vehicles and goods are parked in the Canberra Stadium carpark at the Customer's risk.2.The fee charged is for one admittance only and once a vehicle is removed a fresh fee must be paid each time the vehicle is readmitted." Please answer Part A: Is the Canberra Stadium, as the responsible car park operator, liable for the damage to George's car?

Part B: Would your answer to Part A be different if Canberra Stadium had erected a sign twenty metres before the car park entrance reading: "Terms and Conditions on which Customers' vehicles are accepted for parking: The Stadium will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever occasioned to any vehicle, its accessories or contents. Vehicles and goods are parked in the Canberra Stadium carpark at the Customer's risk." and George failed to see this sign?
