2. Mr. A offers to sell 10 begs of rice to Mr. B for Rs. 20,000. Before its acceptance the government puts a ban on the sale of rice. What is your opinion about this case.

Case#3

3. Manager of a railway company received a DRAFT agreement relating to supply of coal. The manager approved and put the agreement in the drawer and forgot. Please express your opinion this case.
