Give your own person opinion and response to this post: I think that C won because of how versatile it can be with those small devices are so compatible with it and also it is easy to learn. I've never personally touched C but I'm sure id be able to get a hang of it. Also having a compiler available for it probably increased its usage a lot. IoT definitely helped it because that allowed it to be used in so many different areas and so many different devices. I think that python is popular because first it is a reliable coding language. This allows it to not be overly complicated and it makes it accessible. IT is also another very easy language to use and does not take a lot of knowledge to get it working. It also can execute projects faster than other languages. I feel like it also a language that everyone learns and then just sticks with because it was their first one so it is comfortable to be on. it can also be used in a many different fields of study so that probably increases its usage and popularity instead of other languages that are out there.
