With the order to make an effective management approach which, when sustained, produces developments throughout time, justice and equality have generally been considered essential in organizations. Likewise occurs as the administrative foundation that enables individuals to participate in experiences that are relevant and allows cooperation. Considering that not every individual has all the details, therefore must rely on judgment and cooperation that is essential. Justice is indeed a characteristic that is essential for policy, however it is also emerging as a set of corporate values that includes a set of specifications for organizational systems.
Although smartphones and other communications devices are observed as useful and effective devices that, when used in a responsible way, can help enhance comprehension and communication. It is also an increasing issue that regular and frequent use of such devices may harmfully affect users' capacity for thought and ability to concentrate. The proof of a relevant association involving a smartphone and functional capacity of ethical maturity is evident. Employees are more motivated wherever their scale is set by the organization by having the variety of merit pay accessible to them. It's possible that it's an efficient technique for motivating and keeping workers. Administrators have had the chance to explain exactly what you're doing to raise overall productivity. An approach to rewards known as merit pay, sometimes known as performance bonuses, rewards employees with greater income. Organizations can use it as a means of ensuring that your top employees consider that they are being adequately paid for their services.

Trust, or "the willingness to be vulnerable to a trustee based on positive expectations about the trustee's actions or intentions," (Wesson, 2020) is, in essence, the consumer's willingness to take the risk of buying products from or accepting a job at an organization. The risk comes with consequences, and thus trust is the willingness to take that risk. Trustrelates to justice and ethics in that trust in a company may be based on their reputation, which is based on the company's overall justice and ethics. For instance, a company whose decision-making process is not designed in a fair manner or whose employees and top administration are doing this in ways they shouldnotbe done, the reputation of this company will be poorer and, therefore, consumers are not willing to take risks to work for or purchase from the company, i.e.trust.
I do not agree that smartphone use has decreased the kinds of reflection that might deepen ethical maturity because while we are distracted with the use of our smartphones and may not have as much time to reflect, the consequences of being ethically immature are heightened due to the instant broadcast of our actions. I agree that smartphones decrease the reasonable amount of time allotted to reflection, but I disagree that smartphones may inhibit the ability to experience reflection and deepen maturity. I don't believe that farmers in the 1700s had more time to reflect and thus deeper ethical maturity. I believe that smartphones require our generation to act better because accountability is stronger.
I think the second question, "do you think that society has begun focusing too much on merit at the expense of 'being a good person'?" is basically saying do you think our society prioritizes getting credit for being a good person over genuinely being a good person, and, yes, I do believe that we do things out of accountability and for credit much more than ever. If you scroll on social media, even briefly, you're likely to come in contact with a video of content creators helping homeless or impoverished people. A lot of the time, content ends up on social media for merit and not for the sake of doing the right thing or being fair, but for reputation and merit.
