  • Current assets: £350,000
  • Share capital: £1,200,000
  • Retained earnings:
    • As at 30.06.2021: £400,000
    • Add Profit for 2022: £100,000

Lunar Ltd Balance Sheet as at 30 June 2022:

  • Fixed assets: £800,000
    • Less Depreciation: (£250,000)
  • Current assets: £220,000
  • Share capital: £600,000
  • Retained earnings:
    • As at 30.06.2021: £180,000
    • Add Profit for 2022: £60,000

Additional Information: Solar Ltd acquired 80% of Lunar Ltd on 1 July 2021. Solar Ltd sold a non-current asset to Lunar Ltd for £70,000, which originally cost Solar Ltd £60,000. Lunar Ltd depreciated this asset by 10% during 2022.
