Given the information below, create the fully labeled Crow's Foot ERD using a specialization hierarchy where appropriate (use Visio). The ERD must contain all primary keys, foreign keys, and main attributes. Business rules are defined as follows:

A company has three types of employees: salaried employees, hourly employees, and contract consultants.

All employees share common basic attributes - ID, first and last name, address. In addition, each group of employees has unique attributes. The list of such attributes includes but is not limited to the following: the hourly rate (hourly employees), the annual salary (salaried employees), the billing rate (consultants).

Salaried employees are classified as administrators or staff, or both. For each administrator, his/her position must be recorded. For staff members, the number of years of experience must be recorded.

For each employee, the company keeps results of the screening procedure in the BACKGROUND_CHECK table. Each employee generates one record in the BACKGROUND_CHECK table. Each record in the BACKGROUND_CHECK table is related to one employee.
