Global Academic Excellence (GAE) publishes International Journals of Software Engineering (IJSE) to serve academicians a platform of sharing and updating their knowledge and research outputs as well as information within the area of Computing disciplines. There are various users such as author, presenter, reviewer, organizing committee and program committee. Each has respective activities to achieve which includes submitting articles, reviewing articles, invitation of conference guests and participants etc. From the preliminary discussions, you identified that organizing committee tasks are to ensure appropriate invitations to the authors and national representatives and sufficient attendance which are their major concern. Program committee are to ensure quality conference proceedings and prepare conference itinerary. Authors send their papers to the conference program committee where the details are entered into the system. Reviewers who are selected by the program committee only concerns with high-quality papers. You as the System Analyst and your team are assigned to develop the system for GAE.
