  Conduct a regional, country risk, and organization and product or service analyses of your new global venture.

• For this assignment, I decided to make my choices really personal because the point for me to learn about business is to share my point of view and knowledge to help others. The country I choose is Japan, and my business idea is Hispanic grocery store and tortilleria. Due to my research I found out that there is several Hispanics living in Japan due to work . Also, because of sports, entertainment, and work, Japanese people travel often to Mexico and Central America. I must add that Japanese people enjoy Hispanic food specially Mexican food.
