Global Training Solutions (GTS) was founded 40 years ago by an educator/consultant/trainer to provide training to business employees, consulting services to businesses and school systems, and in-house training of trainers. He was renowned as an ethical and values-driven leader who helped the company grow. The founder retired ten years ago, and the company began to change.

The current organization continues to claim the following values statement passed down from the founder 40 years ago:

We value our employees, who work with integrity, putting forth their best efforts to provide high-quality services to our clients.

Over the years this training and consulting firm has been fairly successful until the last seven years, when the company's growth and profits began to languish. Several executives who were followers of the founder were pushed out (i.e., forced to retire) around that time. Recently two consultants were fired for dishonest billing to clients. These occurrences deeply affected the company's reputation and employee morale.

Executive management has tasked you, director of consulting services, with finding a means of re-instilling the values of the founder throughout the organization. They also have tasked you with creating a plan to instill ethical behavior throughout the company.
