a. The top level for the house of quality matrix for the item/product, including the interactions (the hat on top of the house) and the competitive analysis (please name the competing products) in the matrix. 

b. Show with arrows (up or down) what direction the new product specifications should take (tighter or looser). 

c. Develop the competitive analysis of similar products (please name the products). Shows how the competing products do not meet, meet, or exceed the design criteria (+/S/-).
