"Go Daddy" or other websites should be held responsible when third parties (users) misuse the website. The general consensus was that the websites were not responsible.
However, Congress recently passed HR 1865 "FOSTA" which might allow websites to be held criminally and civilly liable when on-line personal ads are misused. As a result Craigslist has removed its personals section. That section has been used by various persons for sex trafficking and to proposition underage children for sex. It was also used for adults to contact like minded people.
Would this new legislation be effective in the battle to prevent human trafficking and to prevent predators from seeking children for sexual gratification? Would this legislation be a good or a bad change?
