Search for a job that youre interested in and choose a job description that interests you (I recommend you find a robust, thorough job description). Place yourself in the position of the HR manager who posted that job. What type of job analysis do you think they used to develop that job description? Why might the manager choose one type over another? Provide a link to the job description to allow review of the posting. Response: Consider the type of analysis your classmate mentioned and if you agree. Is there something they might have missed? Are there particular examples from that description to support your claim? Explain in your response.
