1. How many days does the respondent have to file its response with the Office for Civil Rights upon receipt of service of our client's complaint and notice of charge? Be sure to provide both answers.
2. According to this city ordinance, if the Director's investigation finds that reasonable cause exists to proceed against the respondent, who prepares the complaint against the respondent relating to the charges, serves it on the respondent, and files it with the Hearing Examiner? Within how many days must the respondent serve its answer upon this city representative and file with the Hearing Examiner? Be sure to provide both answers.
3. In its decision and order, what relief may the hearing examiner grant to our client, assuming our client prevails?
