Go to the Death Penalty Information Center site. Search for an issue that interests you regarding sentencing and/or the death penalty. Analyze the issue thoroughly, and present two sides of that issue. Issue: Describe an issue regarding sentencing and/or the death penalty.

1. Opposition: Present two opposing sides of a selected issue regarding sentencing and/or the death penalty.
2. Justification: Express an opinion regarding sentencing and/or the death penalty, with justification I chose the issue of putting a person to death when they are clearly mentally incapacitated.

I chose people that are put to death even though they clearly have mental issues.
