Go to this link: https://www.shrm.org/hr-today/news/hr-magazine/spring-2023/Pages/default.aspx. Choose two articles and read them.

After reading any two articles, on a MW document please do the following:

1. Explain what HR function each article is based on and the relevance of the articles (100 words each)

2. Discuss how the two articles overlap and how the information within the articles are connected from an HR perspective ( 200 words)

3. Based on your articles, predict the future of the HR functions(mentioned in the articles) in the workplace ( 100 words).

4. State which articles you read and separate your answer into paragraphs.
