Goal

As part of this course, you will select a project to act as the Project Manager. Your project could be the rollout of new computer training at your employer, leading a fundraising event for an area not$-$for$-$profit, or developing a training program to roll out for a new operating procedure.

Purpose

The project you choose requires a project team $($hypothetical$)$ and should be at least six months in duration. In written assignments, virtual lectures, discussion assignments, and performance assessment tasks, you will apply the concepts you learned to your chosen project.

Directions

After viewing the discussion board, and thinking of what project you will choose to use throughout the course, you will now choose the project and request approval.

Please share a description of your project and a request approval to serve as the project manager.

Include the need$/$demand for the project.

The instructor will look at your proposal and provide feedback and approve the project idea.
