Situations:

You are a sole proprietor of a sporting goods store. You are interested in making it bigger and opening locations in other areas. In order to make this you would like a partner to help with management and financing of the new locations. You have a meeting scheduled with several people who have expressed interest in becoming a partner with you. Now you must convince them why it is more beneficial to become a partner rather than open their own business.

Product or Performance:

Make a slideshow that will be used to show the potential investors the advantages and disadvantages to opening their own sporting goods business versus becoming a partner with you. Also explain to them why you do want to offer franchise options.
